Currently Leigh Rowland is a consultant at the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Programme of Action for Cancer Therapy mobilizing funds for special project. Her philanthropic career began with the Toronto Foundation. She then moved to Canada’s National Ballet School and worked with high net-worth individuals (HNWI), corporations and foundations. Upon her arrival in Vienna, she began work with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). Leigh holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing from Western International University, USA and a Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology and Art History from the University British Columbia, Canada. She also dedicated her time as a University Professor at Webster University in Vienna, and at Durham College teaching Fundraising, Organizational Behaviour and Entrepreneurship. Currently, she is an executive committee member of the Urban Land Institute, Austria. Her combined efforts have resulted in the raising over $ 70 million for these organizations.
